Staff Brings Home Tanzanite & Operations Awards

It’s this commitment to five-star service that recently earned team members the President’s Tanzanite and Effective Team staff awards from La Posada’s parent company, Kisco Senior Living.

These annual staff awards recognize the individuals and teams who work diligently each and every day to make a difference in the lives of the residents and fellow associates around them. This impressive achievement is a testament to the high-quality service that residents, their families, and La Posada staff enjoy every day.

The President’s Tanzanite award is given to an associate who goes above and beyond Kisco’s company standards, exemplifies dedication to quality work and provides outstanding service to residents. Sebasjon Larsen received this year’s award for his unwavering commitment to each resident and his professionalism at all levels. In addition to the company-wide award, Larsen was also the recipient of the community specific award.

The team at La Posada’s dedication was further recognized by the Operations Team’s recipiency of the Effective Team award for their efforts and perseverance over the last year helping residents maintain a sense of ease and peace of mind. The award represents how effective teamwork includes building trust, following through with commitments, maintaining high accountability standards, and effectively managing conflicts and results.

This also highlights a key element to La Posada’s success – the community’s commitment to safety and security that ensures all the worry is taken out of living an independent lifestyle.
