The La Posada Team
A seasoned senior living industry executive director, Brad leads the team at La Posada. Previously a Kisco Regional Director of Operations, he was twice named Kisco Executive Director of the Year. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in health services administration at the University of Central Florida. He has a passion for seniors and a commitment to lead associates in building a strong community.
Community Sales Coordinator
Michelle adds her organizational skills to the day-to-day operation of the La Posada sales team. She coordinates events, stages and shows model apartments, and oversees the process that new apartments go through to ensure that they are move-in ready for all new residents. She also handles charitable and civic partnerships for La Posada in the Palm Beach community.
Assistant Executive Director
Paulina provides training and coaching to the La Posada staff. She believes that creating an atmosphere of open communication with the staff helps to motivate and encourage associate engagement. Making La Posada a great place to live for residents and a great place to work for associates is a guiding principle for Paulina, and her daily motto is “Leading by Example.”
As Wellness Director, Rick is responsible for the development, implementation and operation of all functions in The Art of Living Well program. He and his department bring creativity and energy to providing a robust menu of offerings for residents of La Posada, including fitness classes, lectures, and outings, all captured in monthly calendars full of lively and engaging options.
Director of Admissions and Marketing for the Health Center
Lili is responsible for admissions and marketing for The Health Center at La Posada, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Rehab. She also nurtures relationships with area physicians and hospitals, ensuring that the medical community is aware of the benefits and services for their patients available at La Posada.
Administrative Services Director
With more than 25 years in accounting and financial management, Yolanda handles these functions for La Posada. She holds an MBA with concentration in Health Care Management and a BBA in Accounting from American University of Puerto Rico. A former Rotarian, Yolanda loves to spend time with her family and volunteers at her local church as a religious educator.
Human Resources Director
Marisol provides Human Resources support to the community through recruiting, training, employee relations, payroll, benefits, worker’s compensation, and administering policies and procedures. She believes through teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement, La Posada can provide exemplary service to their residents.
Lynn has been in the medical field for almost 30 years working as a hospital administrator and in senior living for ten years. She has worked in sales and business development and loves every minute of working with senior. Lynn helps people get to the next step in making the transition to an independent living community. She finds it to be a very important and emotional part of her job, and the most satisfying.
With 20+ years in medical and senior living sales, Malinda loves educating potential residents and families about our community and the options available to help them make the best-informed decision. She also works closely with the operations team to ensure top services are delivered. Malinda loves her work and feels fortunate to be able to say that every day!
Ken brings 25 years of experience in the senior living industry to the team as Healthcare Administrator. With proven accomplishment delivering best-in-class services, Ken strives to create a culture of compassion and works diligently to enhance communication with residents and families to improve the level of satisfaction and enhance the quality of life of the people he serves.
Environmental Services Director
As Environmental Services Director, David is responsible for the daily operations of the Maintenance and Housekeeping Services to provide the highest Customer service to the residents. David brings to LA Posada a strong commitment and many years’ experience in Maintenance and Housekeeping for high quality services of satisfaction for all residents and guests.
Dining Services Director
Bob's career began as a dishwasher and he worked his way up to General Manager of the restaurant over eight years. He attended college and studied Hotel – Restaurant Management in upstate New York and Miami Florida. For almost twenty years he's worked in the management of dining services for large, upscale retirement communities in four states. When not working Bob enjoys traveling.
